Classes

We offer classes for ages 5 and up, welcoming complete beginners and experienced martial artists alike. Families, first-timers, and dedicated students can all find their place here.

Karate

Ages 8+ · All levels welcome

Mon & Thu, 6:30–8:00 PM

Rooted in traditional Shotokan, this class covers the full spectrum: kata, bunkai, self defense, and live sparring. Classes are high-energy and focused. Expect to work hard, learn fast, and leave a little sharper every time.

Minja

Ages 5–7 · No experience needed

Mon & Thu, 6:30–7:05 PM

Minja blends real martial arts fundamentals with games and movement challenges that build balance, coordination, and confidence, all while keeping young kids engaged and having a blast.

Kobujutsu

Ages 8+ · Yellow belt or higher

Tue, 6:30–7:30 PM

Kobujutsu is the study of traditional Okinawan weapons: bo staff, sai, tonfa, and more. Each weapon has its own kata, its own logic, and its own demands, and mastering them deepens every other aspect of your martial arts practice.

Advanced

Purple belt or higher · Invitation only

Tue, 7:30–8:30 PM

This is where students raise the bar. They dig deeper into Shotokan and explore the broader world of martial arts, with higher expectations, harder training, and no shortcuts.

All-In Women’s Self Defense

Ages 13+

Workshop series

A hands-on workshop series focused on practical self defense for real situations. All-In builds both physical skills and the mental clarity to use them, so you leave more capable and more confident, on and off the mat.
